As a finance intern, you will have broad exposure to our global organizations and leadership teams. Your participation in special projects and strategic initiatives will be critical to overall success of our business strategies.
- Analyze financials, capital expenditures or cost center expenses
- Conduct modeling support
- Conduct risk-based internal audits of operational, financial, and information technology functions across the globe
- Review income and balance sheet statements, profit and loss statements, and consolidated statements
- Conduct market, industry, and category analysis and strategies
MUST HAVE:
To be considered for a summer 2025 Finance Internship, you must meet the following basic qualifications. To be considered for a position, clearly indicate how you meet these criteria on your resume.
- Undergraduate student with sophomore or junior level standing
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related finance major based on your school’s degree offerings
- Candidates applying for Medtronic’s Summer Internship Program must have current work authorization and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Medtronic Summer Internship Program does not provide work authorization sponsorship for summer intern positions. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for the Medtronic Summer Internship Program.
- Participants must be able to participate full time (40 hours/week) as part of our intern cohort:
- Monday, June 2 – Friday, August 15
NICE TO HAVE:
- Prior work on projects in a team environment
- Minimum of a 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA
- Relevant academic project and/or internship experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):USA: $22.00 – $23.50
The base salary range is used nationally in the United States, excluding Puerto Rico. The Medtronic Internship Program offers an hourly rate of pay that falls within the range of $22.00 to $23.50 per hour. The hourly rate offered will be determined by the position and is subject to variation based on the number of years of school completed.
