About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
* Performing quality planning activities including development of First Article Inspection (FAI) plans and Quality Engineer process execution plans.
* Participates in process improvement activities through monitoring, root cause investigations, data analysis
* Support Quality processes in receiving, receiving inspection, assembly, test and shipping areas
* Analyze production results/inspection data and present findings to the team
* Prepare reports on and present to factory managers, data related to Quality priorities, nonconformances, focus areas, and key issues
* Track and report on key Quality Engineering activities to ensure proper and timely execution, work with team to improve performance
* Interfaces with internal organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering functions.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
* Knowledge of statistical techniques and applications
* Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
* Effective written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills
