Learning & Developing at ProPetro Services, Inc. 

Caleb Pierson, a Business Management student at UTPB, has secured a Human Resources internship with ProPetro Services, Inc.  Caleb and ProPetro first connected at a UTPB career fair.  During his internship, Caleb will gain hands-on experience in various HR areas, including Learning & Development, Talent, Recruiting, and Employee Relations.  Caleb hopes to apply the knowledge he acquires during his internship to his future career once he graduates with his Master’s degree.
