Overview
CCS Global Tech is looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our recruiting team in Austin. This role will primarily support recruitment for technical positions, including IT, data, software, and related roles.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruiting and talent acquisition. We are looking for someone who is energetic, persistent, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles
- Assist with resume review, candidate outreach, and interview coordination
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruiting systems
- Support the recruitment team with daily recruiting activities
- Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the recruitment process
- Learn how to evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across different time zones
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or internship experience preferred
- Interest in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proactive, persistent, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative
