Cunningham Equities is seeking a motivated, and detail-oriented individual who is interested in building a long-term career in the real estate industry.
This is an entry-level, hands-on position designed for someone who wants to learn how real estate projects are built, managed, and operated. The role will provide exposure to construction, renovations, property operations, project management, vendors, subcontractors, and real estate development.
You do not need extensive construction or real estate experience to apply. We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable, organized, willing to learn, and ready to take on responsibility.
What You Will Do
Construction and Operations
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of construction and renovation projects
- Visit job sites and monitor project progress
- Work alongside construction employees and subcontractors
- Help coordinate daily work assignments and project priorities
- Assist with scheduling subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections
- Learn to read construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Identify issues on-site and communicate them to management
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
Job-Site Safety & Quality
- Help maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Participate in job-site inspections
- Learn and follow OSHA and company safety requirements
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly organized and cared for
The ideal candidate:
- Has a genuine interest in real estate, construction, and project management
- Takes initiative and looks for ways to help
- Is comfortable learning new things and asking questions
- Has strong communication skills
Education
A degree or coursework in real estate, construction management, business, project management, engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
