What You’ll Do as a Customer Representative:
- Greet and assist customers and potential customers in-store with questions about their accounts, plans, and services
- Help customers understand their bill, resolve basic account issues, and explain available options
- Answer questions about new products, plans, and promotions in both English and Spanish
- Guide walk-in customers through account setup, upgrades, and service changes
- Keep accurate notes on customer interactions and account updates
- Work alongside your team to make sure every customer leaves with their questions answered
What You Need:
- Fluent in Spanish (required) — English fluency is a plus but not mandatory
- No previous experience necessary — we’ll train you from day one
- Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, face-to-face retail environment
- High school diploma or GED
