Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market.
- Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
- Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability.
- Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of achievement—academic, athletic, professional, or personal
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and goal orientation
