What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

  • Speak with veterans across the country to understand their financial goals
  • Present customized mortgage solutions over the phone
  • Manage and work a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Guide clients through the loan process from initial conversation to closing
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams including processors and underwriters

What You’ll Earn

  • A competitive compensation package, including annualized $60,000 base pay plus uncapped commission
  • Top performers earn significantly more based on production and performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or graduating with a Bachelor’s degree this year)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales or customer-facing experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Obtain necessary licensing (company-sponsored)
  • Deliver exceptional client service
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals
  • Educate clients on VA cash-out refinance solutions
  • Manage loans from initial contact through closing
